New Features

Set custom page number using [[page 123]]. The page where that element lands will get the given custom page number.

Bug Fixes

Fixes issues with Devanagari fonts when exporting to FDX (caused by FD not being able to handle UTF-8 characters using the default font)
Fixed bugs with restoring values in document settings panel
Plugin Library now displays preview images correctly for non-installed plugins
