You can set colors for your scenes to easily distinct certain scenes from others. This can be done by right-clicking scene elements in any of the story outline views (sidebar outline, index cards or timeline) and selecting a color, or by hand, adding [[color]] at the end of a scene heading.
Colors can be applied to sections and synopses as well.
